Delivery & Returns
All of our products are handmade and they may take up to 10 working days to produce and nurture before their onward journey to your home. Once your order ships, please allow between two and three business days for delivery for orders within the UK, depending on your location.
If there are any further delays, we will write to you informing you of this. However, if you still have not received your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently only delivery within the UK. If you have specific requirements outside of the UK, please email email@example.com.
In order to be eligible for a refund, please return the products within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
